Grafotronic 440HI success at Labelexpo

“The new Grafotronic 440HI – with 100% Inspection was the right machine at the right time” summarizes Mattias Malmqvist VP Sales at Grafotronic. It was fantastic to see how well the audience appreciated the new design, the compact footprint and the easy operation of the machine. The 440HI is a high speed fully servo driven machine with new features like an integrated roll lift, slide control panel and a quick-change knife package. Grafotronic believes that this new way of building inspection machines will set a new standard in the industry and reports several orders straight from the stand.

Lots of news from Grafotronic at Labelexpo, Brussels

The new Converting Line 380 CL in modular design including 2 flexo units, die cutting and the new automatic turret rewinder will be shown at Labelexpo.

Each module is servo driven and works independently and it is easy to add extra units later on for new products such as lamination, inkjet, labeling, 100% inspection, hotfoil and varnishing. The converting line is a heavy duty and high quality machine concept at a reasonable price.

The world premier of the new high speed slitter with a Nikka 100% inspection system will bring integrated vision inspection to a new level of productivity and user friendliness.

The new Servo automatic turret rewinder with core and tail glue systems will be introduced during the show. The system can be installed either after your printing press or inline with our converting line.

Also being shown, on the largest ever Grafotronic both number 11P70, will be the 550 wide die cutting machine, the 280 wide printing and die cutting machine with IR/UV dryers equipped with semi-turret, and much more.

Grafotronic is a Swedish company with a new 1500 sq. metre factory just outside Warsaw for production of converting machinery for the narrow web industry. Working together with our partner Lesko Engineering, more than 350 Grafotronic machines have been supplied to satisfied customers around the world.

Fourth grafotronic installed at Ettiketto Labeling Systems AB, Sweden



Ettiketto Labeling Systems AB, one of Sweden’s leading producers of self-adhesive labels has successfully installed their fourth Grafotronic machine. The latest installation is the new Grafotronic 530 which is a combination machine equipped with servo for slitting of mono-film materials and a 20” die cutting unit for label production. The new model is equipped with the latest “Grafotronic unwind lifting system” a new invention from the Swedish manufacturer of slitter / rewinders.
Peter Glückman, the Managing Director of Ettiketto Labeling Systems AB explains the decision to install another machine from Grafotronic. ‘Our co-operation with Grafotronic during the last years has been successful and we are very satisfied with the overall quality, support and performance supplied by our partner.

Grafotronic open New factory

Grafotronic, the Swedish manufacturer of slitter rewinders and die cutting machines is growing rapidly. A new and modern assembly facility was opened in December to handle the demand from the market.
“ Now we can assemble and test  10 Grafotronic machines at the same time in a modern and efficient working environment” says Mattias Malmqvist, Vice President Sales at Grafotronic and continuing  to say that ” at LabelExpo in Brussels and shortly their after we sold more than 20 machines in Europe alone and now we have the capacity to meet our increasing business also from other areas such as South America, Asia and Africa.
