In order to show our 100 % confidence in our products all Grafotronic machines are delivered with a 24 months warranty on parts and workmanship. Swedish Design & Quality built for a real life production environment.

The 24 months warranty is valid only if the machine has got the 12 month preventive maintenance visit by technicians from the Grafotronic factory after 1200 - 1800 hours of operation. This "one year service" is a one day visit and we then replace parts, adjust settings and upgrade software versions in the machine for smooth and efficient production. Not a very costly visit which we also recommend all our customers to make on all Grafotronic machines once a year.
